Acerola: The Vitamin C Superpower

In the World of Vitamin C, There’s an Old Kid on the Block!

There is a shrub-like tree that is native to Central and South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean that grows fruit, which looks like a cross between a cranberry and crabapple. It is a fruit that many in the United States have not heard of, but it can be an amazing force in the battle against #disease: ACEROLA.

Vitamin D Supplement | Lack of It Can Shorten Your Life

I am not a medical doctor.  Please refer to your physician before beginning any vitamin supplements.

Today as I was doing some research on my tablet, while sitting outside in the sun, I recalled how depressed and sad I’d been in a cubicle.  I was so thankful for the opportunity to observe the birds, bees, trees and life as I worked on my next project.  Spirit then spoke to me….

In current times, 100% of all covid-19 patients who have to be hospitalized have a Vitamin D deficiency.  You should spend time in the sun for optimal life and to attain the benefits of Vitamin D.  Supplements provide minimal, if any, benefit because you must have a certain amount of sunlight — without sunscreen and not through glass — at optimal times during the day. This is the only way. Continue reading

We Need Viruses. Here’s Why We Keep Them When We May Already Have the Cure.

Most people don’t have a medical background, including me.  Others have quite an extensive one, however they cannot practice or medicate anyone without prior approval from the government.

Viruses Are a Necessary Part of Life.

Each day thousands of schools and HR departments test candidates in order to ensure entry to the most qualified applicants.  When you need a service or product, you are glad when the person providing it is up to par.

Viruses test the human condition by weeding out the weak, thereby accomplishing a few goals:

Protecting natural resources,

Preventing overpopulation,

Preventing the spread of even worse diseases,

Creating diversity and

Promoting Natural Selection.

From the 1500s to the 1800s the average life expectancy in the US was between 30 and 40 years old.  That’s considered young today, especially with modern advances.

I once knew a woman from China who said her family had perfected their bloodline to live much older and stay younger-looking for longer.  She also said she’d never been sick and she was about 70 (with a healthy sex drive), but looked 35.  China’s had time to perfect this since their country is over 3,000 years old compared to the US’ mere 243 years.

Instead of them sending spies to Harvard, we should be sending spies to them! (You know we already are…lol.) Continue reading

Covid 19 AKA Coronavirus | the New Kid on the Block? (What's the Real Deal?) Conspiracy Theories Included

Are We Comparing Apples to Apples?

How is Influenza influencing the world?

It’s too soon to calculate detailed information about Covid 19. There are soooo many variables to consider.

We’d have to compare #Covid_19 to the Flu in a different way to make an accurate comparison, meaning the first year of Covid-19 has to be compared to the first year of the Flu (without the vaccine) or the 5th year of life of one must be compared to the 5th year of life for the other with similarly available medications for both. This makes the true R0 value (spreadability) difficult to determine right now — it is like having a 3 month old with ADHD and no meds compare to a 55 year old world traveler on CBD and Valium.

NASA’s Space Weather Center Reports Flares at Their Peak Around Noon Eastern on September 10, 2017!

NASA’s Space Weather Center Reports Flares at Their Peak Around Noon Eastern on September 10, 2017!

Yes, this is official news from NASA’s dot gov site and very true, but not only that, they acknowledge that these solar flares can affect us here on Earth! The solar flares are made of electromagnetic energy and are ramping up to what is call ‘solar maximum’, which occurs every 11 years or so. We adults have all lived through them at least once in our lifetimes, and we are still here! What was going on in your life 11-12 years ago or even last Sunday? Keep in mind this energy takes time to travel, so we could be affected for an unknown period of time.

How Do the Flares Affect Us?

Even though the flares can’t reach Earth (per NASA), the electromagnetic radiation and particles definitely can! The radiation is strong enough to blow out transformers and power grids, and also to disrupt satellite systems, but guess what? Our bodies are electrical machinery, as well. On the other hand NASA alternately claims that the Earth’s atmosphere protects humans from the effects of solar flares, however, the Carlini Institute’s website, as well as a few others, beg to differ. Here’s a quote directly from Carlini Institute’s site – “Solar flares can cause us to be nervous, anxiousness, worrisome, jittery, dizzy, shaky, irritable, lethargic, exhausted, have short term memory problems and heart palpitations, nauseous, queasy, and to have prolonged head pressure and headaches.” You should see your doctor if you are having ANY physical or uncomfortable symptom, because there is no way to determine what or how serious it is without consulting a medical professional.

I have to admit, on about the 9th of September, towards the end of the day, before knowing anything about the flares, I contacted a friend of mine and asked, “What the heck is going on?!?” Perhaps the solar flares aren’t affecting you in this manner, but some other issues are.

Love, light and many blessings!

#Natural #FluShot – or #Cold Remedy?????

I make no guarantees, I just found this to be #awesome last week and wanted to share.  I have recently started a #Pinterest board with all of my research findings on oil and natural spices as a source of health.  I’m late — I just heard of Pinterest this year and was thinking, why does anyone need another #social #media option — they already have #Instagram, which I never joined, but know of people who are addicted.  I read some studies that people like pictures.  Maybe we’re big kids and it has been proven that pictured #Tweets are more popular than text tweets and Pinterest is taking off.  I decided earlier this year to go on to Pinterest to promote this #blog and I see the big colorful pictures and carefully thought out layout and now I’m hooked!   Please join me on Pinterest and spread the word and your #pins and SHARES also!  RT

Time for the Flu Shot?  Maybe Not.
