There is likely never a time when 100% if a audience will agree with someone, however it is important that a good leader be satisfied with the decisions they make.

In the real world exists those who do not hear anything other than what they want to hear. A great leader knows when to rise above naysayers for the common good.

  7. Delegation and Empowerment: Rather than micromanaging, great leaders empower their team members by delegating tasks and responsibilities. They trust their team and provide the support needed for success. This also involves a good understanding of seasonal changes and knowing when it is time to adjust assignments when delegating work.
  8. Adaptability: In a rapidly changing world, great leaders are adaptable and open to new ideas. They are willing to learn and adjust their strategies as needed.
