The New Age—though we call it “new”—is really just ancient wisdom returning in full force. Over the last few decades, we’ve welcomed the rise of the Divine Feminine. Through Wicca, Hinduism, and ancestral spiritual paths, we reawakened to the power of the Goddess.

We honored her. We remembered her.
And we healed ourselves by her light.

Then came the Me Too movement. A powerful reckoning. Masculinity, particularly its toxic and unchecked form, was brought into question—and rightly so. Many women decided they’d had enough. They chose same-sex love. They chose independence. They adopted children, built empires, and did it without men.

For many, this wasn’t a rejection, but a preference.

Still, we must understand one thing: balance is sacred.

According to FBI and CIA statistics, over 70% of violent crimes are committed by men—and yes, testosterone can fuel aggression when it’s unchecked. But even with that truth staring us in the face, we must not forget the other side of masculine power: protection, provision, structure, and deep, often silent love.

Why We Still Need the Divine Masculine

By nature, men are givers.

A woman is born with all the eggs she’ll ever have—about 1 to 2 million, dropping to 400 that will actually be released during her reproductive years.

But a man?

He produces 1,500 sperm every second—over a trillion in a lifetime. That’s the energy of the sun. Overflowing, abundant, relentless.

That’s divine.

My Personal Journey Back to Him

It’s hard for me to even write this.

When I started this blog and my podcast, I named them Journey to the Goddess. I was angry—hurting from a broken relationship with my father, and an ex-husband who left me emotionally shattered. That pain gave birth to my book Broken Heart by Renee Tarot.

I swore I was done with men.

But here’s the truth I’ve had to face:

I’m not whole without them.

Men are beautiful. Vibrant. In the animal kingdom, they’re the boldest, the largest, the most colorful. And though society paints them as emotionally unavailable, I now see it differently. Many men love deeply—so deeply, that when you break their heart, they don’t offer second chances.

And even if they do…
It’s never the same.

Overflowing Energy, Misguided Purpose

Are most men naturally monogamous? Maybe not. But perhaps it’s not about betrayal—it’s about overflow. A constant urge to give, to pour out, to create.

Maybe they weren’t meant to be suppressed, just guided.

And maybe we were meant to guide each other.

So today, I’m laying it all out.

Dear Divine Masculine… I’m Sorry

To the Divine Masculine—wherever you are—I ask for forgiveness.

I let my trauma paint you as the villain.
I forgot your strength, your loyalty, your drive.
I didn’t see your softness, your pain, your effort.

I need you.
We need you.

It takes a village to raise a child, birth a future, build a new earth.

And the Divine Masculine is essential to that village.

So come home, King.
Let’s build something powerful. Together.
