I so long to be that person who has wonderful interactions with everyone—all the time. Unfortunately, that is usually not the case. We’ve all had those mornings where we wake up, re-run our memories from the day before, and just grab our foreheads, muttering, “What did I do?”
If you’ve been feeling like you’re in a confusing fog or keep making strange missteps, you’re not alone. It might feel like a Mercury retrograde, where communication gets tangled and plans go haywire, but this time, the cosmic slowdown is even more profound.
Currently, we have Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron all retrograde. Think about it: Saturn is the strong disciplinarian who holds things in place. Pluto is the workhorse who drives deep transformation. And Chiron is the wounded healer, guiding us toward our deepest wounds. Now, imagine the disciplinarian, the worker, and the healer all taking a collective cosmic coffee break! Things are bound to feel a little off.
Retrogrades are a time for reflection and review, not for forging ahead. With these powerful celestial bodies turning inward, it’s a gentle reminder to slow down, be mindful of your actions, and give yourself grace. Be careful out there—and remember to take a deep breath before you act.
Retrograde, Saturn, Chiron
