An interstellar comet, officially known as #3I/ATLAS (and previously as interstellar comet #A11pl3Z), is only the third confirmed interstellar visitor of its kind from outside of our solar system. Based on current calculations, it is traveling directly through our solar system and is currently near Jupiter. It is about 40 km in diameter [24 miles, which is small when considering Pallas at about 318 miles). It appears to have been ejected by another solar system.
So, what does this mean in astrology, since we have no observational knowledge of its affect on humans on Earth?
I’ve done a tarot reading to see what this visitor brings to our solar table. It was first noticed by astronomers via calculations on June 14, 2025, and then directly seen on July 1. This interstellar traveler should not come within 30 million miles of Earth and is expected to be near Mars’ orbit around October 2025. It is passing through our solar system over the next few months getting as close to earth as 2.5 times the distance between Earth and the Sun. Please note, calculations are very preliminary.
After checking several card decks, including tarot and oracle cards, the message is clear: this cosmic visitor will act like Venus with Lillithian influences. This energy will cause humans to deal with love addictions that stem from unhealed base chakra energy, often caused by previous emotional loss. It urges us to face the romantic connections that feel fiery and difficult to get away from, but which no longer serve healthy purposes in our lives. It is a call to release destructive impulses and to prepare for a new level of soul evolution.
We must heed the warning to move past these influences so as not to allow the situations to deplete our life forces, become addictive, or turn us into codependents. This celestial guest is nudging us to look honestly at our bonds and choose our well-being.
